Description

The pleating machine adopts a forced oil return device at the needle bar to effectively control the measurement of the needle bar mechanism and eliminate oil leakage. The upper and lower silicone oil devices prevent the needle from heating and breaking.
This machine is professional pleating equipment for chemical fiber and blended fabrics. The fabric can be used for producing various kinds of clothing after heating and pleating, such as scarf, shirt, mantle, children’s garment and skirt. It can also make three sections pleating with good stereoscopic effects. The fabric elasticity will be increased and the stability is good after thermoformed by this machine. The pleating width can be adjusted easily, the size can be changed from 1mm to 7mm.
The first form: complete Vertical pleating. The second form: small vertical pleating on the top, and big vertical pleating on the bottom. The third form: small vertical pleating on the top, big pleating in the center section and circular pleating on the bottom.
It is optional to use oil heating roller, and the oil heating roller has double-layer. This structure has the benefits as follow:
1. The oil heating roller will provide quick heating and heat preservation easily, so it can save energy and protect the environment.
2. The conduction oil is flowing in the interlayer freely. It guarantees the temperature of all parts is the same on the surface of the roller, thereby, it improves the service life of the roller.
